Yes you need to switch the tubes.
The pumps top tube goes the the Res. barb & the bottom tube will go to the Rad. barb.

I'd double check your pump's direction with a hose in a bowl of water and the other in the sink. I've had two different types of pumps and both tops where "outlet."

Back from a long night lol... Currently the way I have it set up I am getting 21 * on stock I 7 950. I am going to buy some new tubing and redo my loop to where my top outlet goes to my res and bottom side leads to my rad. Now I have to play the waiting game from UPS. here is what it looks like atm.
