Still have the exact same problem. It shows 3.6 at first and goes back to 3.4. I even disabled both of those CnQ things.

Hmm... Does it show 3.6 before starting the stress test, and then when you begin the stress test it bumps down to 3.4?

Alright, just restarted again, and it didn't even show 3.6GHz this time, it just went straight to 3.4. I stress tested it again and it still only shows 3.4 in CPU-Z. Here are pictures of my BIOS menu, please take a look and see if everything looks alright.

Do this real quick for me: Right click Computer>Properties. Does it tell you the clock speed it SHOULD be? (Aka 16x multi).

If so, it's just an issue with CPU-z reading your motherboards clock speed.

Yes, it says 3.62GHz. That is very awkward o_O.

That's good. At least we know now it's an issue with CPU-z and other monitoring programs reading your clocks, not anything else.

I'm not sure how to fix that, you've obviously restarted because you've been in and out of the BIOS. I've read to try a full shutdown, but I'm not sure what that would do.

Either way, glad everything is okay for the most part now.

Well, hopefully it is at 3.6GHz now. Was hoping for 3.8, but oh well. +Rep for your time

For 3.8 bump the multi from 18x to 20x

Remember to stability test!
