P8P67 Pro turbo mode not working?

Thread Starter
So I just reset my overclock to what it was before my system crash last weekend. (Manual OS-level turbo of 45, VRM freq of 350)

However, when I put load 100% load on my CPU, CPUz reports that it is not engaging turbo mode, and sticking with the 34x100 multi.

Why? If I put 100% load on it, shouldn't it automatically jump to 45x100?

(Also, it isn't downclocking either. When idle it should be 16x100.)

(Near as I can tell, it's not engaging turbo and simply not telling me; a render that took 12 seconds at stock still takes 12 seconds even though I've set my overclock)

To ensure that everything is in working stock order, to be on the safe side just reset the CMOS. See if that fixes it.

Pulling the battery will reset CMOS, correct?

Indeed

Remove the battery for 5-10 seconds, then re-seat it.

Report back and let me know how it goes, I'll be up for a little bit longer.

No dice. It's actually downclocking by 20Mhz now.

HWMonitor also reports CPU voltage decreasing 0.05V at full load.

Very odd, when idle my 2600k sits at 16x multi, when put under load it shoots right up to 45x.

My settings before the crash were the same as yours are now...

What BIOS are you using?

Version 1305, that's the version it came with since it's B3.
