I'm trying to keep my computer as quiet as possible, so I empathize with you... You say 600 RPM, but I'd recommend checking out the really long and really amazing fan testing thread and listen to the youtube videos on there of fans at different speeds. With that, you'll be able to compare the volume of fans and the sound that they make, so that you can find the best that works for you, and you may find a fan that can go up to 1000 RPM or higher that still keeps quiet enough to not bother you.
Either way a 240-360 radiator would be best. You'll definitely be set for hot days if you got the RX360, as it has enough fin density to keep up with most systems.
