only 2 cores of intel 2-2500K can be seen :( [SOLVED]

Hello.
i get my Asus Sabertooth P67(B3) mobo and intel i5-2500K. the problem is, i cant see all 4 cores, only 2 cores, in task manager cpuz. i can see 4 cores in bios and device manager only. why is it?
can mobo or cpu is a faulty one?

Make sure all 4 cores and enabled in the bios

Run msconfig, go to boot, adv options, uncheck number or processors.
