Making custom 6950 BIOS

I've decided to make my own modded 6950 BIOS using RBE. My plan is to increase the upper limits on the card to 1000/1600 and to unlock the shaders. As far as the voltage goes, at the time I'm only using Power Control Settings in CCC, set to +10%. I was just wondering, should I increase the voltage in my custom BIOS, keep my PCS at +10%, or increase it to +20%? I don't seem to be having any stability issues, but I just want to be sure that I will be getting enough power to the card. Currently I'm only at 840/1300, but I'd like to get to at least 900/1400. What do you guys think?

Just be cautious, RBE is notorious for not work right with 69xx cards. Imo, you're better off doing the CCC hack.

Well, since I have a reference card, I can always reflash it back to the original BIOS so I'm not too worried if the one I create doesn't work. I've been checking out the CCC registry hack you mentioned and it seems like as long as you follow it verbatim then you shouldn't have any issues. I'm also looking into what RacerX and BAGGZlash are trying to do in the registry. Interesting stuff.
