You cannot use the wonderful, fast, splendid Quick Sync on a P67 chipset.
But you cannot overlock your CPU on the H67, and you cannot use the integrated graphics with the discrete, unless you manually switch it somewhere in Windows Control Panel (which I assume would get irritating on the long run) ..
The Z68 combines that - you can convert super fast videoes (Qiuck Sync) and game with wonderful FPS (graphics card) without changing anything all the time.

Or just read the link I posted before.

I'd go with the Z68.
