Yes it is. Vinegar is just 5% acetic acid (C2H4O2) plus distiller water. Good luck!

Copper can't displace the acetic hydrogen in HC2H3O2, so the two molecules will not react with one another, aside from extreme cleaning. Just be sure to flush it out sufficiently before putting it back in service.

as long as you dilute it in a 90%water/10%vinegar mix with distilled and dont leave it to long it should be fine

Alright, finished i guess.. i decided to not use vinegar.. and go with boiled distilled water method.

1- I boiled around 3L of distilled water.
2- Filled the rad with boiled water.. and shaked. (did this a couple of time)
3- Then i used normal distilled water for final rinse. (did this a couple of time)
4- Done.

Anyway there wasnt much of crap.. just some dot black stuff.. hope everything was fine. Do anyone think its enough ?
