ASRock H61M-VS LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

I purchased the above model motherboard from newegg, under the assumption that they would not be selling a motherboard with a defective chipset. Then I read that all motherboards with the H61 chipset that lack the B3 stepping will potentially fry your SATA hard drives.

Question:
Q1: I thought that all of the H61 motherboards were recalled and replaced with fixed versions?
Q2: Does this mean even though the H61 has 4 SATA ports I can only use one of them?
Q3: Does this mean that I can use the other SATA ports, but only at the risk of frying the drives?

I'm pretty pissed here and don't feel these boards should be sold if they have such an obvious defect.

I don't know where you got the assumption that they will fry your hard drives from, but that definitely will NOT happen. The SATA ports have a defective transistor which will degrade the performance of SATA drives plugged into SATA 3.0Gbps ports over time. SATA 6.0Gbps ports are unaffected.
