The Sims 3 PC game

Thread Starter
I wondered about this but why on this big forums no one ever talks about The Sims 3 or so. I know it's a popular game like StarCraft 2 but no one seems to talk about it here. Or has anyone have? All I see is people talk about Crysis 2 and other games but no The Sims games. Anyways I been playing this game for a long time and I do like it alot since I get to make myself and have a boyfriend like Dustin Broke on The Sims 3 game. Dustin Broke came from The Sims 2 game in the Pleasantview.

Maybe someone posted about The Sims 3 game but I just missed it but I sure haven't seen it for a long time. People aren't making new threads about this game even it's still new.

I think we should talk more about The Sims 3 games since it is popular too. I have played with all The Sims games and they are great. The new one is alot better though.

It's a neat game and all, but it isn't considered a "gamers" type of game.

I liked Sims 2, so there was no need for Sims 3.
It's also kind of boring to talk about because it's not a competitive multiplayer game, nor is it a graphical revolution.

It's the same reason why people don't show off their air cooling as much as people show off their water cooling.

Well if you max out the graphics on The Sims 3 game it does look pretty good but you will need a good video card to do it since when I play it running on max like have Shader model 2.0 or higher like 3.0 or so it kinda lags. The Sims 3 might not be as graphical as Crysis 2 but still it's pretty good. But I bet you guys have a nice computer so you can play at highest settings with shader model 3.0 or more on The Sims 3 game since if you can play Crysis 2 on high then sure The Sims 3 can play on high.

I love the Sims 3! I have every expansion for it lol. Sure, it's not "hardcore gamer", but it sure packs in many countless fun hours in for my sister and I. If you are looking to discuss the game more, the sims 3 forums is the best place to hit up.

The Sims games quickly get boring for me, my daughter on the otherhand loves them, had them all since the 1st one and all the expansions to boot, she still likes The SIMS 2 the best though probably beacause there is so much more content for it than the others, looking forward to having a go @ The Sims Medeival, i'll give it a bash too but dont hold much hope for it's longevity

Ya I wish I can upgrade my video card but I can't on notebooks. Unless I have a very expensive nice one like you guys have but everything cost money. If I had a better video card then I can play The Sims 3 on high and higher shader model than 2.0. But eatherway this is a great game though and is popular. The Sims 2 was popular and still it since it has alot of expansion packs for it.

I can play on med settings but the FPS will be around 40 or less depending on the area. If I play everything on low then my FPS is like around 80 or 60 some areas upto 100.

I played Sims once. It felt like I was babysitting those people.
