Brand New Vertex 3 120Gb shows 500+ GB already written to it... :-\

Hey guys,
Just installed my new Vertex 3 120GB this morning and I am a bit concerned. I installed OCZ Toolbox and SSD Life and both are showing that 541GB was written to it. Even the read amount is excessive at 552GB. Please see attached screenshot.

There is no way this was installed in less than 4 hours. The only significantly sized programs I've installed besides Windows 7 64-bit is MS Office, iTunes, PCMark Vantage and AutoCAD.

To all fellow Vertex 3 owners: can you check your toolbox to verify if you have a similar issue?

Not sure if this is just a firmware bug

I don't have an SSD, but maybe it includes testing that OCZ did on the drive before shipping?

Yea, apparently it's just "heavy" testing, more than 4 times the drive capacity. A few other guys appear to have the same issue over at the OCZ forums. I'm glad at least the drive life still shows 100%. I wonder if they just reset the life meter like the sneaky used car salesmen do to the odometers

Usual testing from the factory.
Not really a big deal when the drives are supposed to have >50 TB of write life.
