Alright, according to what the OP says, he don't want too much bass. That leaves M50 and DT700(all kind) out of the question.

Get either the Denon like what HybridCore recommended or the Audio-Technica A900(I don't know much about it though). This is also a great choice, Ultrasone HFI-650

Yea, the Ultrasone HFI-680's I suggested are worth a look. I bought some for £169.99 and loved them

They need amped though.
