Overclocking while crossfired, inform me.

I've always wondered this, and I'm crossfiring very soon so I just thought I'd know. I realize that no piece of hardware no matter if it's the same exact model will overclock the same as another persons.

However, when you crossfire the exact same two cards how do you overclock both cards? Does it automatically become as if you were overclocking one card?

Thanks!

MSI afterburner > settings > synchronize settings for similar graphics processors.

Just keep bumping up the clocks until you get artifacts.

If you use MSI Afterburner, there is a setting that you can select to make your OC apply to both cards. Same thing with Sapphire TRIXX.

Just what I was wondering. Even though I hate MSI AB. I guess I'll have to get used to it!

You can use Sapphire's TRIXX also If you really don't want to use MSI AB.

I've heard there's a lot more issues with TRIXX than there is with MSI AB.

Might have to disable ulps if you get a bsod or restart when applying the your OC.

Yeah, I heard that's a good thing to disable. Where do you disable that so I can do it as soon as I get the cards.
