Need help on some info???

Hey guy's ZoTHoS here again and i need some info on some things that are in my bios. First off i have an ASUS P7P55D-E motherboard 1156 socket. Bios 1504
Cpu is a Core i3 530 2.9Ghz

Need to know what CPU Differential Amplitude is? I have it set on default auto but has settings for 700mv, 800mv, 900mv, and 1000mv and it says on the right of the bios screen that Different AMP might enhance BCLK overclocking ability.

Second is CPU Clock Skew--i have it set to default Auto but also has settings for Normal, 100ps Delay, upto 1500ps Delay and it also says Different skew might enhance BCLK overclocking ability.
Then it says under neath :NOTE: Users may need to adjust IOH Clock Skew at the same time. (Only problem is theres nothing in the bios that says IOH and i dont know what it means??)

Third is Load Line Calibration settings are--Disabled, Enabled, and Auto which is default but i have i set to Enabled. Disabled=Follow Intel Spec. and Enabled=Improve VDroop directly.

Fourth is CPU Spread Spectrum settings are--Disabled, Enabled, and Auto which is Default. Disabled=Might enhance BCLK overclocking ability i have it set to Disabled.

Fifth is PCIE Spread Spectrum Settings are--Disabled, Enabled, and Auto which is Default. Disabled=Might enhance PCIE overclocking ability. I have this set to Disabled.

Last ones are---PCH Voltage, CPU PLL Voltage, and IMC Voltage

I would just like some knowledge on these things mostly on the CPU Clock Skew and the CPU Differential Amplitude i have them both set to Auto but i do overclock and i wanted to know if this would help me overclock better and i need to know what they are for and or do?? And what MV or PS i should start out with??

I actaully stay around 4.5-4.6Ghz for 24/7 usage gaming and i have it stable with both CPU Clock Skew and CPU Differential Amplitude still set to AUTO.?.

Thanks ALOT guy's in advance!!!!
