I'm very concerned about that voltage difference. The memory in the triple channel kit has a voltage specification of 1.65V while the single stick has a voltage spec of 1.9V. This means you may need to overvolt the memory from the triple channel kit from 1.65V to 1.9V which might be very harmful to them.

If it were me, then I would return the triple channel kit and get a nice 2 x 2 GB kit.

I wouldn't if I was you, because the voltage is difference. 3X2gb is 1.65v and the 1X2gb is 1.9v. You can blow those 3 sticks you have now because of the high voltage difference. You need to find a stick with the same timing and voltage to make it work right.

The site you are buying from has it wrong. I looked up the exact model number on Kingston's site. That memory kit is not rated 1.9V, according to Kingston it is 1.65V.

You're good
