Need to clean a bit of dust off graphics card

So i have got a bit of dust, not too much on my pc in the whole, and graphics card.. so im wondering would this work?

I think a can of air is excessive atm, and prob too pricy, would this work?

I think the little rocket blades are stupid (and would probably be annoying as they might be in the way), but other than that I guess it would work. It would certainly be easier than blowing on it and hyperventilating.
