I don't know about the rest but batch L041C123 and batch L041C124 are somewhat proven to be good overclockers.
4.8GHz with less than 1.4 is possible for mediocre chip also.
If you know what you are doing.
5.0 is an another story though...

As for the stress testing. Prime Blend is the only one to tell me that my system is truly stable. (of course running at least 10+ hours)
This doesn't mean IBT, LinX (AVX) aren't useful.
They tell me what my thermal threshold is gonna be.
Also it is a great and quick way to know my setting will give me BSOD or not.
Even though IBT,LinX will give me more heat than Prime95, they are easier than prime as far as passing the test. (even with Max RAM/Work load)
Passing Prime95 Blend for 10+ hours are the hardest to clear so that is my 2cents. (Prime95 starts intensive workload around 8~10 hours into it. That is the reason you have to run it 10+ hours.)
