My motherboard freezes sometimes.

hello everyone
i am using Gigabyte ud3r x58 with i7 930 sometimes when i am trying to change something in bios my bios freezes but you still can see the numbers are moving and i am not able to press on any button i need to restart my PC to make it work again....i am really worried about i still have warranty.. last time when i went to shop where i bought my pc from they checked and said everything is fine......please help me guys i dont know what to do

Sorry i was speaking my language so the shop could understand ^^ in the video you can see the motherboard is lagging and freezing.

yeah i would rma it most likely a faulty mobo, has it ever been flashed?

If it turns out that they sold you a defective motherboard, then it will be their responsibility to make up for it by replacing it at no extra cost to you.
