What's causing my instability?

Thread Starter
I've got my CPU-NB and CPU OCed, as well as graphics card and RAM. Periodically, when I'm playing games (but it has happened while I was doing non-intensive things like browsing web) weird things will suddenly start to happen. The game will crash (along with a bunch of other apps) and the sound will become all distorted and static-ey system-wide. Some apps will have weird graphics glitches, such as text changing colors and images messing up when I mouse-over. This lasts until I reboot. The system NEVER BSoDs, however, and its stable in all the programs I've stressed it in. What could be causing this?

Not sure, but I've had it for a bit over a year, so I trust it. My old system, which the PSU came from, drew more power than my current one, but didn't have these issues, so I don't think its the PSU.

Probably caused by an unstable overclock.Try turning down your oc a bit starting with the graphics card first and see if it helps.
