Is the Acer Aspire AS5750G-9639 worth it for the price?

Here's the configuration I made: http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1D5R5C Got rid of the 8 gigs ram for a 500 GB hard drive with 7200 rpm. There's a promotion code that takes $30 off the price, which would make the final price about $807, even though shipping is about $49 for ground.

You can get that for cheaper at xoticpc iirc.

OP: What's the reason for getting a quad core?

Mainly because I was given the option of having the best performance for the laptops on that price range, so I'm taking advantage of that, plus I'd like to have the option of having games use as many cores as possible (for the few games that actually do this anyway). From what I've checked the cyberpc option is cheaper than the xoticpc option.
It's the same case as the Clevo and NP5160 just with CyberPC written on it besides that the NP5160 seems a little cheaper from XoticPC.

XoticPC takes off $25.77 so you can get a Core i7 2630QM + 500GB HD and Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit for $833.23 before tax and shipping.
