New to Watercooling

Thread Starter
Im new to water cooling and know very little about it. I plan to water cool my new rig once it is built. This is what I'm getting.

Case- My Antec 902 v3
Mobo - GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD4
CPU - i5 2500k
Ram - My G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB
PSU - Corsair 850HX
GPU - My 6870
SSD - G.Skill Phoenix Series 60GB
CPU cooler - Thermalright Venomous X or water cooling.

I need help on choosing the right water cooling setup for my CPU. Eventually I will water cool my ram and my gpu. So can someone help me with finding good pumps/radiators/water blocks for my new rig. Thanks. I don't want to spend a fortune on water cooling so nothing too pricey.

I would get a XSPC Rasa RX series kit. They are great kits.
Don't get the RS. The RX radiator is much better than the RS.
Don't use the tubing or coolant that comes with the kit.
For tubing I would just get some Primoflex, Masterkleer, Tygon, etc...
For the water I would get a Silver Killcoil/PT Nuke and Distilled water.
I would recommend using 7/16" tubing with 1/2" barbs for a tighter fit.

The RX series of rad is great with lower speed fans. around 1400RPM...

When you decide to cool the other things you just have to get the blocks.

Yea, I would go for the kit if you don't want to tie up some bucks.
It can get pretty costly chilling your whole rig, but it is really worth it.
