At the very least I'll be switching to the PSU/HDD combo.
What makes the Xigmatek better than the 212+ ?
I like the K63 better too honestly. GPU temps will be lower in the HAF-X, but the thing is MASSIVE in comparison.

The Antec PSU is actually better suited to you than the Corsair. I checked the PCIe powerplugs and PSU specs and the Antec is enough to power an overclocked Sandy Bridge 2500k and crossfire 6970's. The Antec has 2x6pin PCIe and 2x6+2pin PCIe powerplugs. The Corsair has 4x8pin if I remember correctly, and the 6950 needs 2x6pin each, the 6970 needs a 6pin and an 8pin (or 6+2pin).

The Xigmatek looks better firstly, and has a better fan on it. Both heatsinks can have 2 fans for push/pull which will lower temps. The Xigmatek's heatpipe design is slightly newer so might be more efficient - I think it depends on the size of the processor surface (which changes across models and brands). Both will allow for at least 4.5ghz, and honestly both will probably shoot for 4.8-5ghz.

Thanks.. switched to the PSU/HDD combo, and switching to the xigmatek as well.

Still looking at the HAF-X .. it looks like a great case, I like the K63 style better, but the main thing holding me back on the HAF-X is that red-led in the front (maybe the other fans too?) .. maybe just the OCD in me, but the rest of the LEDs on the items I have are blue, and that mixed color would drive me crazy.. I'm sure I could switch it out though..

I just want to say thanks so much everyone for all the help, this looks like a great system and the price is pretty much the same, I'm really excited and hope I can order this soon.

Will those combo deals run out anytime soon? I'm ordering this week for sure, hopefully tomorrow at best even.

I wouldn't get the NIC and put the money towards an SSD as your boot drive.

Combo's will run out eventually. Try and purchase asap. Personally I would take the K63 though personally I like my case the NZXT Phantom more than anything. Both are great cases mind you.

This build is sick for the price, you'll be really stoked. I'm jealous

I'll probably be getting the K63, I really do like it, although I like the HAF-X a lot as well, but the HAF-X would run me a little extra money when I'm already right against my budget.

Hopefully they'll hold out long enough for me to purchase this week.

I'm really excited for it, I've never had something this great.. you want my current system? Crashes, dusty, overheats, old, and cheap.
(Yes I know a lot of that is probably tied together and easily fixable... lol)

AMD Athlon 64 x2 @ 2.64ghz (o.c)
2GB RAM DDR2 (333Mhz according to cpu-z?)
MSI K9MM-V Motherboard
ATI Radeon HD 4670 AGP 1GB
120GB HD .. not sure on the specifics...
Win7 32 bit

You think I'll notice much of an improvement once I get this new system?

hahahaha - you'll be blown away. The difference will be literally astonishing. It will feel no less than 10 times faster to you at everything. haha

Keep your old system and make a server out of it. Clean it right out with canned-air (compressed air duster stuff) and just mess around with it. Install Half Life and get nostalgic haha.

I'd be kinda sad if I wasn't blown away, lol.. but I know I will be, and I'll be keeping it and trying to fix it some and just using it as a backup, storage, some things that I have to run 24/7, etc.

I eventually plan to be getting a ~24-27" monitor as well (I don't need any triple monitor setups) .. any suggestions?
Originally I was looking at this.

Oh, another thing... any overclocking or other guides for these items that someone would be able to link?

Thanks.

Wow.
Definitely liking the SSD choice...

I can expect windows to boot up that quickly or at similar rates if I follow that guide in setting up the SSD?

Also - here is my cart now, in case anyone was interested and just as an update. +1 DVD/CD Burner (Cut off from the picture)
