Help me overclock my i5 2500k budget system! :)

Hi guys! I'm coming in hot from a Q6600 system! This is my first budget iCore series system (450)! Help me get more bang for my buck!

Case: Antec Six Hundred Black Computer Case
CPU:Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost)
Mobo: MSI P67A-G43 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67
CPU Cooler: Master Cooler or Stock CPU Cooler
Graphics: 8800 GTS (temp)
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
PSU: OCZ StealthXstream II OCZ600SXS2 600W
HDD: OCZ Vertex LE 100GB 1.32 FW

You've done well, but if you want to save a little on the mobo, you can go with the Gigabyte P67A-D3-B3 mobo. Don't know much about the board yet though. I ordered one for my budget upgrade. If you can wait a week or two..I'll probably be doing a review here on OCN for it.

For overclocking the i5 do I just keep increasing the multiplier until I hit a wall? Or do I have to change anything else?
