As you did not mention that you want to watch movies (on the TV) and to use the 2 monitors at the same time, I think you can explore the following option.
I think you can have 3 displays physically connected
to your 8800GT (ie 2 monitors to each of the two DVI outputs and the TV to the S-Video output) but only 2 of these 3 are active at the same time
I had an old ATI card which allows me to do just this. And I suppose nVidia is similar. This works for you if you do not
watch TV and use those 2 monitors simultaneously
As your mobo Asus M4A87TD has only one PCIex16 slot, yet another alternative to buying a HD5770 to replace your 8800GT is to get a cheap PCI graphics card (or a x4/x1 PCIe card) to run your TV. It has been a long time since I last used nView but I recall it manages 3 displays ok.
