Question about 2600k offset...

Thread Starter
I had my vcore set to offset setting... idle at 1.056... and my problem with it is that the voltage is 1.36 during prime... but when I do something else that uses the cpu, such as rating the computer on win7, then my voltage will jump to 1.392...

anybody know why??

I'm at 4.8ghz now... and stable at the voltage of 1.344v... and I want my offset to set my voltage 1.344 during max load, and idle at w/e voltage it gets...

its usal, like vdroop/vdrop. i blive u need 1.392v to reach 1.36V at load
this is decrease is the vdroop/vdrop.

so its like @ 4.8 ghz idle its 1.392 and at load its like it need's min 1.36V (which is u r actual voltage)

idle at 1.056 this should be like 1.5 ghz
