Thanks guys, but a few more question? What is quieter with default fans, NH-D14 or the Silver Arrow, and kind I use ram in my first 2 slots with either of those?

According to this review of the 2 coolers, the Thermalright is cooler and quieter than the NH-D14.
As long as you don't have ridiculously large heatsinks on your RAM, you shouldn't have any clearance problems.
