Powercolor AX5770 1GB that I have had since October of 2009, first few weeks of playing MW2, my monitor would show white lines with brown stripes, at the time MW2 was just released and buggy so I just assumed that was the case. Updated drivers, nothing ever solved it. The colors started to change, sometime monitor would be all black. The pc builder of my computer told me its probably just the game. Well recently Ive been playin CSS and it happens periodically and i get frustrated mad. to RMA the card I have to send to cali, im in Canada.

IS it worth it to send it to them to get RMA'd????? they will have to test it according to email.

Yeah, it sounds like it's been damaged from day 1 really. If you've always had that issue then I'm sure they can reproduce it too

For a quick fix (maybe) without needing an RMA you can try one of two things. Try decreasing the clockspeed of the card, both core and memory. If downclocking it a little doesn't help, increase the voltage using MSI Afterburner (assuming the card supports voltage control). I would probably just RMA it if I were you though.

I say RMA it, Ask them if they could cover the sending costs if their card turns out to be faulty

Hi pear b. I would say if you had been experiencing the issues from purchase you should have tried to return it right away. However, yeah I would say it appears faulty so contact them to ask about returning it.
