Well I think I have that figured out right anyway, I plan on putting a SSD on one of the two 6GB/s ports, and maybe get another platter 6GB/s depending on their performance etc.

Just need to work out how it works with my motherboard :/

That Asus card is pretty much junk and you may be better off with the ICH9 on your MB.

Save your money.
