Rasa 750 RX360 OR EK Supreme HF 360?!

Thread Starter
Heya Guys,

I'm just looking at buying my first watercooling kit!

I'll only be looking at cooling the cpu for a few weeks then adding a gpu or two a little later..

I'm leaning towards the EK kit, but what are your thoughts? over here the EK kit is 150% the cost of the rasa kit..

Let me know your thoughts/experience with these guys!

Thanks!

Will.

If you have the budget for the EK kit then go for it. But actually both kit are pretty good from what ive heard. What you could also do is getting the RASA and upgrade the kits with others stuffs such compression fitting, nicer tubing, etc..

Agreed, the rasa is a decent kit however I will need to replace the pump and reservoir at some point, while the ek I should be good to add the two gpu blocks.

+ I love the ek compression fittings biggrin.gif

I agree with the rad, I disagree with the CPU block.

The CPU block is their latest version which is much better, plus they are now shipping them (if he gets one of the new kits) with a much better mounting kit, which helps alot.

The EK radiator has been improved since Skinnee's test, or so I have heard.

I would go with the EK kit. It's cheaper to add a rad rather then a pump and res but that also depends on which kit is cheaper and by how much. But some easy math can give you that answer.

Go for the EK HF 240 smile.gif

You can buy it directly from EK website i guess you will find it cheaper. i received mine today 313$ including DHL express shipping:D

I was also debating the same thing. I think it's time to retire the NH-D14 in lieu of something that can offer me better temps and my choices came down between these two kits.

Now whether or not I'll actually end up getting one is anyone's guess, I'm still afraid of water in my system. :/

But my personal opinion was spend the extra $100 for the EK kit and you get marginally better components with a name that has a stranglehold on top shelf water cooling. Next to building a kit yourself with all custom parts the EK kit is probably the best you can do.
