I tried Chrome, and it was yucky - there is no stealing market share when a product can't display a proper, full URL, and half the screen is taken up in gigantic, oversized tabs.
FF4 was an excellent move for retaining FireFox users, who will continue with FF3 because FF4 is a train wreck. The only thing that really got me for a few minutes was wandering around Mozilla's web site looking for FF3 for a new install, because they really work on burying it.
The numbering is a little crazy though, like four new major versions every year - even if they are free, is a royal pain when one maintains a large number of computers (or a smaller number scattered at various sites). It's like when Windows started with the dopey 2000 numbering...
