HD6850 on Q6700

Will there be any BAD CPU or GPU bottleneck if I were to run an hd 6850 on my C2Q Q6700?
If so can i get a bit of details?

You'll be fine. Just overclock the processor a bit. 3.4ghz should be sufficient.

The CPU will bottleneck the card unless you overclock it (the CPU).

Ight thanks, But since my mobo is so bad for overclocking on I can possibly get it to 3.2ghz.
Will it be bad if even if I dont Oc the processor?
