Aside from her telling me she'd kick my ass, I actually believe her, so I'll refrain...She'll cockblock me too so, I'll definitely pass.

Doesn't matter to me if you do or you don't.

The one thing I have in this business is my reputation, I stand/speak and operate from that...

It's also the 1 thing none of you seem to think matters.

That's the irony.

Ok you have to stop. Last time you mentioned crackers with cheese I had to go get some. Now you have me wanting some fresh-out-the-factory Krispy Kreme, they have a factory locally here. As a matter of fact, I'll do just that after work. I'll post back with some photos if I remember to take some before I eat them.

Hah! They shut down the KK's here in Colorado. Hell, there used to be one just down the street. They were ALWAYS packed. Wonder why they closed...? This was a cinnamon/sugar donut I had. Was SO good. It's not like I'm fat. 6', 187 lbs.

Ah, the joys of having a cafe' in your corporate office...

We have a Starbucks and a Deli within walking distance...Sometimes I swear we keep them in business...Especially when we have clients in town; ugh.

This was a civil suit. For those thinking he may have "lost" some freedoms, it's impossible. Think of OJ's civil trial. They got him guilty but only had to pay money to the family. He never got jail time for it.

Hackers Vs. Random Company is totally different from Hackers Vs. Feds.

Also +1 for anon.

Our motivation for bringing this litigation was to protect our intellectual property and our consumers.

Seriously though, I am not too worried. GeoHot may be barred from the platform but there are many more people to take his place. This is just a minor setback.

Suffice it to say both parties got what they wanted out of it. Its a compromise that both parties agreed to.
