The best setup would be

res > cpu > 240 > gpu > gpu > 360 >pump

As the gpu's need the larger radiator while the cpu doesn't need it.

But between those two the bottom one is best.

You need to ask yourself if you care about minimizing tubings runs for sake of neatness and potentially higher flow rates, or whether you care about 1-2C more on your GPUs. Once the loop temperatures equalize there's still heat being dumped by your CPU that's passing through 2 GPU's before your rad.

I would probably go with your option #2 provided that you can make it look good inside the case. You probably wouldn't notice a difference in performance either way.

Go for whatever looks best and functions in terms of filling and draining and fitting in your case to minimise tubing length. Temperatures will not defer because the system will reach some level of equilibrium throughout the loop. All I suggest is putting the reservoir before the pump and having the reservoir physically placed above the pump. This makes filling very easy.

Personally I have:

Reservoir -> Pump -> Radiator -> CPU -> Graphics Card -> Reservoir

Build is linked in my signature (photos provided).

Thanks to all of you.

I should have mentioned on the rad's i have a very tight area in the top of the case and am only able to fit a mcp320 (34mm) rad which will have 3 GT-AP15's in push, 2 in pull and in the bottom of the case will be an RX240 with 4 GP-AP15'S push/pull

So while the 360 is larger i think cooling is going to be close to the same on both rads.

Also the pump/res combo is the mcp355 inside a dual bay res.

It looks like pump>>cpu>>360>>gpu>>gpu>>240>>pump would be the cleanest tube layout.

What are your thoughts on the intake/exhaust planned in the diagram?

I've done it both ways with my HAF X in regards to intake/exhaust. I prefer the coldest air from outside the case getting through the rads (having them all as intake), and then having your rear case fan and front case fans as exhaust. The issue with this is that my NB temps are about 8C higher on my R3E because of the warm air being pushed into the case. Most parts can take higher ambient temps for the sake of overall performance.

I would say try it both ways and compare temps. Use everest to see your NB/SB temps.

in the end the difference is marginal as to what way you set it up . personnelly i prefer to seperate the rads with a extra pump . this way each is seperate systems
