Well...what do you know? There is a logical answer for this

Good luck on finding information about how AMD is better than Intel. Performance wise according most benchmarks I have ever seen, Intel comes out ahead when dealing with the same type of processor (ie. Dual Core, Quad, same operating frequency)

The place where AMD holds its competitive advantage is performance per dollar vs Intel's performance per dollar. But even there, Intels are hitting 5ghz 5.5ghz on air while AMD's top end is around 4Ghz to 4.5 Ghz on air.

Dig around, there is plenty of information to support any argument you are willing to make, but I think the most important one to take into mind would be performance per dollar.
You can't match Phenom II CPUs and SB CPUs. You can match i7s and Phenom IIs, you will see PHIIs get smacked upside the head. I'm hoping this will change this July(Bulldozer), but if it doesn't, the 2500K has my dollar.

If he was serious, he would not make a flamebait thread and instead ask for question that are relevent to benchmarking such as voltage, architexture etc.

Edit: Think its the same troll 10~ hours earlier that just made another account.

AMD isn't better than intel when it comes to pure CPU clock to clock performance, but AMD is better than intel when it comes to cost savings.

With AMD, you save a whole lotta money, you ain't gotta buy a new motherboard everytime a new CPU Comes out. Majority of people won't even need all the performance speeds at which intel has(in fact majority of people won't even use their AMD CPU to its full potential)

Hardware is now increasingly advancing at a much higher rate then software(Most software don't even utilize 100 percents of todays hardware capabilities)

I just recently built a i72600k Sandybridge PC, personally I loved the shear performance it provides, but as an enthusiast I didn't enjoy it much, it was too darn easy to overclock, I didn't have fun with it at all, to me, Overclocking is the joy of taking a SLOW or Decent CPU and getting the highest possible best performance from overclocking it for your money's worth.

If you spend less and achieve more performance for your dollar then you're overclock is a success. To me AMD is the best in this category.

From what I can see based on the replies so far, this is all the info you have:

Intel is better than AMD, for performance.

Good luck passing.

My opinion is that VIA CPU-s are superior to Intel ones.Definetelly Intel fails in non biased benchmarks.Just because i think so
