The Cooler Master Hyper N520 is no better than stock man.

I am not sure which Asus 6850 you have.

If you have the reference cooling design ( see pic 1)
-Install a 120mm fan to the inside of the 5.25'' bays to provide direct air to the N520
-Remove the top rear 120mm fan
-For the top front 120mm fan, it is a question mark. You have to experiment whether it should be intake or exhaust. But in either way, it should spin slow to avoid interference with the air path (blue arrow) to the N520.
-You do not need 3 front fans. Skip the middle one.

If you have the DirectCU design ( see pic 2)
-This should receive different treatment from above because the card dumps half of its heat inside the case.
-Strong case front fan(s) should be avoided as to facilitate the hot air exhaust from the card's front.
-I suggest a 'Top Exhaust' approach with the N520 oriented toward the top. I think this is a better way as it minimizes the N520 sucking the hot exhaust air from the 6850.

The first pic is how my airflow is set up...kinda.
I have the rear top vent blocked, the front top fan is an intake for my cpu cooler, this means you dont have to have a second intake on the back of an optical drive tray. The rear fan is the exhaust.
I have 2 intake fans, one in front and one on the bottem of the case pushing strait up. behind my HDD cage is a second fan pointed at my VGA card blowing strait back and out the PCI vents(i used some mesh ones
On the side pannel I use an intake fan aswell. This seems to be the best set up. The idea is that under fan power hot air dose not get a chance to rise.
Your basicly making 2 diff "wind tunnel zones" one in the lower end of the case, and a second zone at the top.
the bottem zone helps keep the Heat form the PSU)if bottom mount) and the VGA blowing out the vens and exhaust ports for each.
The second zone is the cool air coming in from the top, all this air dose it get blasted over the CPU cooler and sucked out the rear exhaust.
The top intake fan also Helps manage VGA temps while in long term use(gaming mainly) due to the cool air the CPU cooler miss's just pushe's the hot air to the bottom of the case, where the fan on the back of the HDD tray can assist it on leaving the case thought the PCI mesh slots. even more cool air hits the VGA fan from the side pannel fan. This is how my current set up is, and it works amazing! I have seen a drop on all temps(CPU,NB/SB,VGA, and even HDD temps!!) Hope this helps some!

well i installed the fans, and so far so good. my temps are much better.

i set the fans like this

the xigmatek fans are the exhausts and the upper intake. the stock fans are on the door and bottom intake. i also removed the middle HDD cage and SSD thingy on the bottom. i put my HDD in the bottom tray.
About the directCU design (which i do have), i might take the bottom front intake fan and put it as top exhaust as well because i noticed the GPU temp is a bit higher than before. (i'm pretty sure P95 doesnt use gpus)
My computer is now a lot louder so im thinking about taking one of the new fans off andf keeping it as a spare
That or i will get a fan contoller sometime soon, i was looking at this one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811995075

looks good, but I would personaly flip your PSU over, so that the air it intake's is not adding more heat to your VGA set up...as its set up, if its an intake point, air will be heated up alot by flowing over the steamy PSU. Have to checked to make sure its pulling into the case? Most I have seen push air out the back of the case.

Right now, with my current set up, with prime going for 30min on 21c ambiant temp, I see no higher than 40c with just prime, I have found that if your testing a system, prime works only to see how well your cooler performance, When Playing BC2 I get alot higher temps off the CPU due to a 60c 460 being inches away. anywho prime95 30min on 21c ambiants get's me to a whoping 40c peak! hangs out at around 37-38c mostly.

I have my doughts about that cooler, from the looks of it it dosnt seem like it would work to well, reviews are mixed as to how well the thing perform's.

Unless your fighting tight space's, stupid high overclocks, Stupid high ambiants, or somthing odd like that then the Hyper 212+ is a great choice, the blademaster fan or what ever it's called is very nice for a freebee fan, get a second one and its a pretty spifffy cooler. You can also get fans to suit your needs, weather it be stonger/high power'd fans, quiet computing, you name it its a decent all around cool.

If your fighing one of the above mentions problems then it narrows down some.
D-14/silver arrow are god right now
megahelms is nice along with archon from the looks of it.

H50/70 if you have no room for a tower based cooler.

and thats about it lol.
