Had a discussion with a few co-workers today and the topic came up. Surprisingly a lot of people said its the hardware that makes you a gamer, but I heavily disagreed. I feel that it's the ability to play a variety of games and not confine yourself to just one particular genre. The ability to pick-up a game and play it for what it's worth rather than rushing through single-player and playing multiplayer. I mean I wouldn't go so far as to call myself an achievement whore, but I do try at least to beat challenges or find hidden easter eggs throughout the game. What do you guys think?
