I've tried just installing one card at a time and I still got blank screens, even after unplugging everything, pooping out the CMOS battery to do a BIOS memory reset to stock everything and the 1333 default on the memory. Just not getting any video output through the HDMI, I tried installing one in the x8 slot of the motherboard and Windows recognizes it, says it's working properly, but it wouldn't recognize it in F2H to add as a folding slot, nor give me any video output... regardless of what slot I put either of them into...
Azza Hurrican 2000 case (2 performance 120mm fans on the H80, 2 - 120mm LED fans in the door of the HDD bays, 1-120mm slim regular fan behind CPU socket of motherboard, 2 side intake and 2 top exhaust 200mm LED fans)

2-Gigabyte Windforce3 7950s - the primary BIOS installed by the previous owner is the F43 BIOS, I'm waiting to hear back from Melee about that the other might be. The cards power up and the fans run and all that, just no display output through the HDMI... and unfortunately I don't have a DVI cable atm, though I don't think that should be the issue...

LEPA G900 900W
I would think that 900 watts from a gold rated power supply should still give me plenty of power to run these cards, or at the very least one of them. By what I have in my system and the settings I'm running, according to Thermaltake's PSU wattage calculator, my system should only be needing 570W of continuously available power and about 650W at 100% CPU TDP and full system power load.
