Around 15% faster and 50% more VRAM.

This because i had my sli 560, it was very tight the first one didn't get enough air even with a side fan blowing directly on them was 58c idle 87c load, plus i hoped to be lucky enough not to have artifacts in benchmarks and games. It was a beast when it was sli though.

480 SLI is not a good idea on air. If you watercool it, 480 SLI is more manageable temp wise. You still get all the heat dumped into your room though.

GTX 580 is only about 15% faster then 1 GTX 480.. sli will be least 60% faster with 2 480's but cost alot more
