Sata ports and USB ports on P8P67 Pro? Need Help

Hi, as I was building my computer I ran into a few questions.

To plug in the cases (Lancool k62) USB ports, which of the headers should I plug it into? The labels on them are: USB910, USB 1112, and USB1314. I didn't know which one to plug it into so I plugged it into the middle one which was the USB1112.

Also, for the hard drive, which SATA ports do I plug it into? Because in Windows Properties, I get a 5.9 for disk data transfer rate for my Samsung F3, and it seems kind of slow for bootup for a new computer and the loading of programs. I plugged it into Sata3G_3 blue sata port on the side of the mobo. Its the first port that's on the top left. Should I have connected it to a 6.0 port (second row on the right)? Would it work? I'm using the 6.0 cable that came with the board.

Lastly, what are the Marvell Seriel ATA 6.0 Gb/s connectors for? How do they different from the intel p67 connectors?

Thanks!

Oh, one more quick question. The user guide advised me to use ram slots 2 and 4 for dual memory. What if I placed them in 1 and 3?

Thanks. The timings is a little weird too. It says 800mhz?

Plug it into any one.

If the drive supports 6gb/s then plug it into the 6 gb controller, not the marvell though.

So the DDR3 is ok? I think each stick is running at 800mhz? also, slot 1 and 3 is ok right?

So, I could plug the USB and the sata into any of them? I mean, the USB on the case seems to be slow and sometimes unresponsive compared those onboard the motherboard. What are the marvell ports for? So, should I plug my HDD to the Intel 6.0 connector? It's the 2nd row to the right.
