Reset the CMOS?
But a new mobo would be more optimal for running a 125W processor indeed

if i remember correctly, ive set raid 0 on my msi 770-c45 before it decided to pop itself and later ive bought g-byte 770-usb3 and the raid work just as well without reinstalling anything.

but i didn't fiddle with the bios at the time.everything was stock from c45 to usb3.

I've reset the cmos AND updated bios tonnes of times (with raid). The important part is to not panic when you forget that you forgot to remember to set up the raid again.

If the drives are fine, you'll be fine. The RAID chipset is the same even across different motherboards, so if you get an identical motherboard you're surely fine.
