can someone with this mobo tell me if the motherboard's pwm fan header can supply enough power for two fans or do i need to get this

yea it depends on teh fans, 3 high powered 120mm fans wont,same for other high powered fans. You want to run silent fans yea it will work

and you tell me if the pwm is 3 pin or 4 pin? on the mobo
and how many pwm are on the mobo
