Help deciding on mid tower.. - Page 2

Why not take a look at the NZXT Phantom? A bit bigger than your other choices but it looks awesome in black or white.

Among those choices though, I'll choose the 690II for the simplicity and cable management.

i totally agree +1 brosef, not one case you mentioned has both airflow and cable management however for the price range the nzxt phantom will give you both and is around $140ish with the saved money you could buy a 2nd 200mm fan for the top and the phantom has on board fan controls i personally built a rig using a phantom case and i will agree its awesome sooo well worth $140

Hmmm there is too many cases to decide from ='(.

I noticed on Vortez thermal performance reviews the 600T almost always beats the CM690. Is that because they don't install more fans on the 690?

I really like the look of the phantom too.. Grr! Thanks for even more things to decide from! =(

Do you mean lapped? I do not trust my workmanship abilities enough to attempt to sand anything that isn't a piece of wood lol. My next upgrade after the case is going to be HDD then a LCLC for the CPU.

If you're even considering the 600T, the 650D is only $10 more and looks way better than any other case you're looking at, IMO. It's just a clean case overall.

I've read about issues that the 650D has loud vibrating at low to medium fan speeds and I would have to order the fix from corsair =\\.

I do agree however that it is an incredibly sexy case

I like the look of the Phantom as well!

Lapping is very easy, even if you do a horrible 30-minute job on it. Though when I mentioned modded I meant, replacing the tubes, getting a micro-res, etc. Something along the lines of this.
