How to restore apps + data after installing new rom?

Thread Starter
I want to install the new cyanogenmod on my sister's evo 4g, but she doesn't want to lose all her data. Is there an easy way to save all her things so i can just restore it after the installation?

Judt restore app+data not system data, if you do youll probably get a corrupted phone, unless shes already running 2.3.3. This is very important.
