Well I know I'm not sp4wners or Kschat but I thought I'd reply since this thread keeps popping up in my subscribed list. (Subscribe to everything I reply to). Tried to help earlier but obviously didn't do you much good.

Don't know if that is still your BIOS settings you have listed but just some thoughts from taking a quick glance at them.

CPU PLL Voltage is too high. 1.80v should be plenty.

DRAM Voltage is too high 1.64v-1.66v should be enough. Without raising the uncore voltage you must drop this below 1.60v pronto.

PCH Voltage probably doesn't need that bump. 1.05v should do it. Bumping that PCH Voltage will heat up the chipset pretty quick and could cause instability just from that.

Spread Spectrum should be disabled.

Starting out overclocking the RAM above spec is a bad idea. Drop it via Memory ratio or Baseclock. In your case baseclock and maybe both.

"Adjust CPU Base Frequency" is your baseclock. 212 is pushing it up there. I'd suggest dropping it to 201 or less.

CPU Ratio. Why 18.... Go for 21.

Ok maybe I'm tired but I looked threw those BIOS screenshots you posted 3 times and I didn't see an uncore voltage. Not sure what MSI calls it. Could be VTT, IMC voltage, QPI/IMC... Hopefully it's just on a screen you didn't post. You just can't do much without it.

In fact you are currenlty in danger of burning up the memory controller in your CPU if it is stuck at stock 1.10v. The uncore voltage and the DRAM Voltage cannot be more than .05v apart from each other. That gives you a 1.60v max DRAM Voltage without raising the uncore voltage.

If you can't raise that uncore and you haven't burnt up your CPU yet you are looking at a lower overclock with your board. Keeping both the baseclock and the Memory frequency quite a bit lower. Something like 171 X 21 and you might have to drop the Memory frequency down around 1026Mhz. You might get higher but just giving you an idea here of what you could be looking at without being able to adjust the uncore voltage.
