set your ram back up to 1.65 first

set your qpi to around 1.3v thats what helps keep your memory controller in sync with your bclk

since your chip is like mine, vcore is going to probably be about 1.38v

then set your bclk to 200 (201)

put your pci frequency back down to 100, its causing issues is my guess, do all graphics card overclocking in windows

set qpi data rate to 4.8gt/s

your uclk freg is too low, bump it up another multiplier, for our chips it needs to be 2x your ram multiplier

that set me up at 4.2, but i have hit a wall at 4.4. this should atleast get you started
