PSU good enough for 6950?

The PSU I have is this:
http://www.rosewill.com/products/753/productDetail.htm

I'm pretty sure its fine but I want to make sure. It should be fine for a 6950 right? What about overclocked?

I'd say you're ok because even if doesn't output its claimed 600W, the 6950 only needs a 500W. but i'm no psu expert

I wouldn't trust anything from Rosewill.
I bought 1 usb hub and a wireless usb key and they both died within 1 month each.
So yeah ... a psu, the most important part of your computer ?
Rosewill ?
I'd video tape my computer for the day the fire work will start

should be ok, stick to known psus, makes is a rule of thumb. i do not live in the US, though so i can't confirm

That unit is a rather mediocre ATNG unit that should be considered a 500W. It will work, but it's not very good.

I hardly have enough for the 6950, so if this PSU wont cut it, I'm not getting the 6950
