Best Temp Monitor and mixed readings?

So I have used several devices to monitor core temp. Speedfan, Easy Tune6 and CPUThermometer. All of these programs give me different readings? how can I tell which is most correct and which is consider the better? Easy Tune usually has the highest temp, followed by cputhermometer and speedfan the lowest and temps ranging from 41c speedfan to 48c on Easy Tune?

I use core temp or real temp which usually tend to be the most accurate. Either way just pretend like it is the highest one and base your decisions on that, and if it is the lower one, then even better :-) (I have rog connect on my motherboard which allows me to read directly from the sensors and have compared to core temp and it is the same)
