Looking a good, cheap and large mousepad

Thread Starter
For the last 7 months I've been using one of these as a mousepad

However, I've decided I want to 'upgrade' to a real mouse pad. I'd prefer something quite large that won't fall apart on me.

PureTrak Talent. Best mousepad you can get and only $25

I've heard phenomenal things about the Steelseries Qck and Qck+ (+ version is a mouse pad even larger than the huge Qck). You can pick up the Qck and Qck+ for dirt cheap on Amazon too (Qck is $9.99 w/ FS direct from Amazon).

I have two QcK+s, and they haven't ever failed me.

They do get dirty though, but they have survived the washer several times with no issues (though I guess all cloth pads get dirty).

I dunno WMO. If I rotate my Talent clockwise about 200 degrees, rotate my deathadder about 30 degrees counter clockwise and swipe it from 7 o'clock to 1 o'clock my cursor exhibits certain erroneous behaviors.

I've been using my SteelSeries 5L for 4 years solid (purchased in Dec 2006. I have two corners peeling up. Left Top and Bottom Left; But that's with abuse. I never stuck mine in a washing machine, but did light dish soap and water with a sponge. I wish I could find a replacement. Satisfied with my purchase. It's definately got some life left in it; which is more than I have to say about other mousepads I have owned. 4 years is tough to beat.
