How big of an upgrade is a GTX 590 from 2 285's?

I've had these 285s for a while now, thinking about upgrading to a 590 for the DX11 support and whatnot. Can someone please give me an estimate of how good of an upgrade this would be?

I would be running it with a i7 920 @ 4.3ghz.

A GTX 480 is basically like GTX 285 SLI, I would think it would feel faster than adding a third 285 for sure.

If looking at this chart. You can see that the GTX 590 is quiet a bit faster than a GTX 480. So I think it would be a worthy upgrade

Get two 580s forsure, they will run much faster.
