For these cpu's, better just run them stock. Overclocking high tdp AMD cpus is a very bad idea unless you have $100+ boards.

Do not get MSI for AM3, their VRM's are so low quality they sometimes blow up randomly. They are just horrible. Asus is great, tho.

For OCing a 6core use either Asus or Gigabyte. Personally I feel Asus has been the leader in the industry for a long time.
